Accepting new clients! I support domestic violence survivors who experience social anxiety and low self-esteem. These individuals often find it hard to set boundaries and assert themselves. I also offer support to those healing from sexual trauma who are looking to develop healthy intimate relationships with their partners. As your therapist, I will help you find your voice, set boundaries, and identify ways to establish healthy connections. I specialize in crisis management and safety planning. I have experience working with youth, adults, and geriatric populations and have worked in inpatient settings, home settings, and group homes. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I understand that therapy may feel like a task more than a reward to many at the beginning. I can assure you that with the right therapist, you will learn and understand the benefits of therapy.
