OK
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oklahoma and Utah with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. I received my Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Science in 2007 and my Master’s in Counseling in 2015. I have had the privilege of working with clients of all ages and backgrounds. Over the years, I’ve helped people navigate challenges such as low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, relationship struggles, and parenting concerns. Clients often find me approachable, compassionate, and genuinely invested in their well-being. My approach I believe therapy should be a safe, judgment-free space. No one should let fear of embarrassment or criticism hold them back from seeking the help they need. I approach each client with optimism, empathy, and an open mind. Since no two people are the same, I tailor treatment to the unique needs of each individual—what works for one person may not work for another, and that’s okay. My role is to collaborate with you and find what feels most supportive and effective for your personal journey. My focus In our work together, you can expect to feel supported, respected, and understood. My goal is to help you build coping skills, strengthen your confidence, and discover new ways of approaching life’s challenges. Above all, I want you to leave each session feeling more empowered and hopeful about your future. I look forward to walking alongside you as you work toward growth and healing. My communication style My communication style is warm and supportive, while also calm and grounded. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, understood, and free from judgment. At the same time, I believe in being direct with compassion—offering honest feedback and gentle guidance when it can help clients move forward. This balance allows clients to feel both comforted and empowered as we work together toward growth and healing.
