I am a Licensed Social Worker (LSW in NJ, LMSW in NY) with a passion for supporting individuals navigating trauma, identity, and mental health. As a Chinese transracial adoptee, my lived experience informs my work with adoptees, BIPOC clients, and those exploring family dynamics and cultural identity. I specialize in early childhood trauma, transracial adoption, and identity development, using a trauma-informed, culturally responsive approach rooted in compassion and justice.

Catherine was really sweet. She was very attentive and welcoming. She listened well and each session provided practical guidance and suggestions on prioritizing self and mental health. She was a good listening ear. The sessions were comfortable.
