Hi, I’m Cate. I specialize in spirituality in addition to talk therapy. I have had success working with a wide variety of adult concerns. I would summarize it as helping people learn to love and accept themselves, which helps them make desired changes and decrease symptoms of mental illness. I strive to connect and model a supportive relationship, so they can find that out in the world. My first career was as a paramedic. Since then, I've worked in inpatient psychiatric hospitals, a rehab center, nursing homes, community mental health centers, and outpatient with adults, children, couples, and families over the past 13 years.
