Are you feeling tired of the patterns and old stories that impact the development of your vitality and the best version of your life? Does your body seem to mirror the internal negative thought patterns that block you from creating the life you want to live? Do you feel like there are moments when you cannot imagine living in the internal Wasteland another moment? I am inspired and honored to work with adults who are motivated to heal and release the negative internal stories-especially those rooted in trauma-that have dictated their behavior, so they can create a life worth living.
I hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of Southern California and blend a mixture of training in trauma-specific modalities, including somatic-based approaches, CBT, parts work, spirituality/mindfulness, and overall integration of bodywork. I specialize in healing the mind-body relationship and understand that a variety of individualized approaches is vital to the overall success of the therapeutic relationship.
