I am a graduate of Syracuse University with a BA in education and psychology. I taught school, and worked in a social services agency before going to graduate school. I have a Masters in Social Work from the University of Georgia. Since graduating I worked in the state mental health system, then as a care manager for United HealthCare. I also went on to do medical social work, as well as social work at Peachford Hospital, a psychiatric facility for 5 years. I started my private practice in 2002 and have continued in that role since that time.
