Cathy Allen, Therapist Cathy Allen has been working in the mental health field spanning over 20 years in a variety of settings. She earned her master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University, where she also studied Applied Behavior Analysis therapy. She has found success working with adults and Teenagers diagnosed with anxiety disorders, depression, attention disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorder, learning disorders, and trauma utilizing a person-centered, strength-based approach, and employing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Cathy has worked in Community Mental Health for over 10 years of her career in a variety of roles including Program Manager of a Youth Transition program. She focused on assisting High School students with gaining life skills, self-awareness, and support to complete high school graduate requirements. Additionally, she was also the Program Manager of a Transitional Residential Facility. Cathy has lived in New Hampshire majority of her life, and enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, decorating, and pursuing outdoor activities.
