Getting to know Catherine Silverio

For over a decade, I have worked with individuals experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, and ADHD, as well as couples navigating patterns of conflict or a lack of connection. I hold a Master's in Clinical Social Work from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor's degree from Aquinas College. My role is to help you identify your goals for therapy and collaboratively explore solutions. I am trained in CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and other approaches, and I am a Gottman Level I clinician.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I frequently incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy into my practice while also drawing from other approaches, including Acceptance and Committment and Dialectical Behavioral Therapies. My training in Solution-Focused Therapy and Motivational Interviewing allows me to help clients set meaningful goals and maintain focus on progress. For couples, I rely on Gottman Methods to support relationship growth.
