I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a mission to help people have a better relationship with themselves, others and the world surrounding them. I enjoy helping people understand why they think, feel and behave the way they do. I enjoy helping people embrace their true authentic selves while becoming the person they respect, admire and are proud of.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I love providing a warm nonjudgmental space for people to feel comfortable sharing all parts of themselves. I am able to meet the client where they are at by assessing how much direct feedback a person is willing and able to take during the change process. If you need and enjoy direct but compassionate feedback, I would be a good fit for you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I provide talk therapy that begins with me building a strong trusting relationship with you while exploring the person in front of me. I help you find answers the questions your subconscious may be asking yourself but that you have avoided answering or may not know how to answer. I challenge you when you need to be challenged and teach you the tools you need to practice to be a more authentic, connected, peaceful and satisfied version of yourself. I also help you hold yourself accountable to the changes you know you need and want to make for yourself so you can make real, lasting and meaningful change in your life that can carry you through a lifetime.
