Getting to know Cathy Kendrick

When you are struggling; therapy can help you find a way forward. Life can be challenging but it doesn't have to be overwhelming! My passion is working with individuals and couples. I enjoy counseling adolescents; college students and those going through transitions in life. Drawing on a variety of tools; we will collaborate on a treatment plan that fits your goals and values. As a trauma-informed therapist I process through a variety of mental health concerns with my clients. I am trained on EMDR and Emotion Focused Therapy. I also utilize CBT; DDP; Solution Focused and Person Centered Therapeutic Approaches.
