What should a new client know about working with you?

Support for teens, young adults, and families facing stress, anxiety, and life transitions. Life can feel overwhelming especially when you're juggling school, relationships, or new responsibilities. Reaching out for support takes courage, and it can be the first step toward feeling more balanced and in control. I have over 15 years of experience helping adolescents, young adults, and families to manage stress and anxiety, strengthen relationships, and build healthier coping strategies. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment where you can be yourself, feel heard and understood, and empowered. I specialize in working with anxiety, family conflict, and life transitions with a particular focus on supporting teens and young adults as they navigate academic pressures, identity development, and new responsibilities. For parents and families, I provide guidance in improving communication and building healthier patterns of connection. My approach is collaborative and down-to-earth. We'll work together to find tools that fit your life and help you move forward in a way that feels realistic and hopeful. Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but it is also an opportunity to grow and build resilience. I'm accepting new clients and would be honored to support you in this next step.
