Hi there, I'm so glad you're here! Trying to find the right fit for a therapist can be daunting. Congrats on taking that first step! Let's see if I might be the right fit for you... My areas of passion and expertise are in working with clients who have experienced trauma and PTSD, specifically sexual and physical abuse and domestic violence, as well as perinatal mental health, infertility, miscarriage, and birth trauma. I also work with clients experiencing life transitions, stress, anxiety, and depression.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe in using a client-centered, collaborative therapeutic approach, working with clients of all ages, genders, and backgrounds to find what works best to address their specific needs. I use a combination of treatment models (CBT, DBT, IFS, narrative) when working with my clients. Treatment will always be trauma-informed, and strengths based.
