Hi! I'm Cayley. I have been practicing as a therapist for over five years. I obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgia Gwinnett College and a Master of Science degree from Brenau University. I have had success working to help adults and adolescents/teenagers with anxiety, depression, self-harm and suicidal thoughts, low self-esteem, social issues, emotion regulation difficulties, and trauma. I have also successfully treated individuals struggling with phase of life problems, financial stress, and attachment difficulties. Taking the step to begin therapy can be a very difficult one, but I am here to provide a safe and warm space for you to begin your journey.
