I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable being yourself. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can talk openly about what you're experiencing and feel genuinely heard. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 18 years of experience in community mental health, I've worked with individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress, grief, relationship concerns, and major life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing to help clients better understand themselves, develop healthy coping strategies, and create meaningful change. Clients often describe me as approachable, down-to-earth, and easy to talk to. I believe you don't have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Whether you're facing a specific challenge or simply feeling stuck, I'm here to meet you where you are and support you in moving forward.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
