Getting to know Dr. Cee Ogbe

Hi there, I'm Dr. O. Do you feel stuck, overwhelmed by worry, or caught in patterns of overthinking-about yourself or your relationships? Do you find it difficult to extend patience and compassion toward yourself? I provide therapy for adults (18 and older) navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or uncertain about how to move forward-especially after experiencing significant loss or major life changes. With over 10 years of clinical experience, I specialize in helping individuals rebuild, heal, and reconnect with themselves after difficult experiences, including relationship distress, grief, and family conflict. I believe that you are the expert of your own story. My role is to support you in uncovering your strengths, deepening emotional resilience, and creating meaningful, sustainable change. I use a collaborative, evidence-based approach tailored to your unique needs and goals. Together, we will work toward helping you feel more grounded, empowered, and aligned in your life. Let's begin.

What should a new client know about working with you?

From the beginning, you can expect to feel safe, heard, and understood through a collaborative treatment approach. Your takeaway will be strength-based with the desire to implement the therapeutic tools and skills learned.

In-network insurances

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
