“Over the past almost year and a half, Cefora has been an amazing source of support. She has been more than just a friendly face with kind words; through struggles with major life changes (moving, being diagnosed with a chronic illness, etc.), grief, relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, and just generally learning how to allow myself grace, she has been able to tell you how it really is by reframing the situation in a way you may not have considered.
