I help people come face to face with the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that keep them feeling stuck and unfulfilled in life, marriage, and important relationships. I am passionate about helping people live a healthy and meaningful life as well as helping marriages and relationships thrive. While I believe that the past is important to understand the present and develop self-compassion, our work together will largely focus on the present. I use a variety of evidence-based interventions, tailored to your strengths and needs.
