I work with adults and couples navigating trauma, attachment wounds, grief, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and periods of profound transition. My approach is depth-oriented, relational, and somatic. Rather than treating symptoms as isolated problems to eliminate, I am interested in what they reveal about how you have learned to survive, protect yourself, and remain connected to others—sometimes at the cost of connection to yourself.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I am warm, engaged, and direct. I listen for what is being said, but also for what lives beneath the words—in the body, in recurring relationships, and in the parts of you that may want conflicting things. Therapy with me is not about reducing your experience to a diagnosis or applying a formula. It is a collaborative process of becoming more able to remain present with yourself, especially in the places where you have learned to disappear, brace, or turn away.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We begin with what feels most alive or pressing. Together, we slow the experience down and become curious about the emotions, protective patterns, relational history, and bodily responses within it. Some sessions are reflective and insight-oriented; others may include grounding, breathwork, or somatic attention. The work develops organically, with the goal of creating greater freedom, self-trust, and capacity for intimacy.
