What should a new client know about working with you?

Hi, my name is Dr. Celia and I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who opened this practice to help those who want to make a change in their lives. My team and I specialize in working with trauma across the lifespan, which is how we know how significantly our brains and bodies can shift after a difficult event and/or a series of difficult life circumstances. Therapy is a space for us to explore how our past informs who we are. Being able to form meaningful relationships is a key part of our mental wellness, but it isn’t always so easy to do. Learn more about which approach might be most beneficial to you through a free 15-minute consultation call. Our passion is to help end cycles of trauma and revictimization. A major piece of this is reducing the stigma people associate with mental health and better understanding how our brains and bodies are affected by stress and trauma. Normalizing that we are affected by life events around us (even when they don’t happen to us directly) is a huge step in validating that emotions are there for a reason. If we acknowledge and honor that, we are free from being controlled by them.
