I admire diversity and am passionate about representation in mental health, providing awareness and advocacy. I have experience working with children, adolescents, young and elder adults managing life changes, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and more; as well as working with couples and families facing difficulties with communication and unmet needs. I am a patient, progressive, and compassionate counselor. With my empowering techniques and use of feedback, I challenge clients to gain control and "take back" their lives. I strive to help each individual thrive and meet their goals by empowering them with strength and encouragement. It takes great courage and vulnerability to reach out to anyone, let alone a stranger. I welcome all clients into an open, non-judgmental, and safe space to talk freely about their concerns and grow into a better version of themselves. I hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Florida State University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support my clients effectively.
