He also facilitated individual, group and family therapy while educating clients about the nature of their illness. Cesar has also worked as a Crisis Intervention Specialist for the Capital Region Children and Adolescent Mobile Crisis Team in Albany, NY. There, he provided rapid response to children, adolescents, and families in crisis. Prior in his career, Cesar worked as a Mental Health Social Worker at Unified Services in Troy, NY for Rensselaer County’s Department of Mental Health. Cesar has also worked for Vanderheyden Hall, Inc in Wynantskill, NY as an IRA House Manager, Direct Care Worker and Staff Support Specialist.
