I specialize in OCD and use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the most effective, evidence-based treatment for OCD. Beyond our sessions, you'll have access to ongoing support when you need it most, including direct messaging, support groups, and real-time help when OCD symptoms spike I like to take a collaborative approach when treating OCD. I'm in this with you. I won't ask you to do something I wouldn't do myself. No one knows your OCD the way you do. I hope to create a safe space where you can feel comfortable sharing scary thoughts. You won't be judged here. It is truly rewarding for me to see people progress, grow, and change with the right support. My other areas of focus include anxiety, hoarding, depression, and other mood disorders.
