Hello, I'm Chabreah! I received my Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Arts Performance & Psychology from the State University of New York at New Paltz and my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Drama Therapy from Lesley University. As a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., I bring a sense of community and dedication to my practice. I am an effervescent and empathic person who truly will see you. My approach is collaborative, working closely with you to meet your needs and realign your soul to gain a sense of peace. I use a Trauma-Informed approach to treat individuals and groups, ensuring that you feel safe, seen, and heard throughout the therapeutic process.
