What should a new client know about working with you?

As your therapist, my goal is to help you understand the core issues that may be affecting your happiness and overall well-being. I want to empower you with the tools and strategies to create the life you desire. To achieve this, I use person-centered neuropsychological evaluations and therapeutic techniques that will help you identify both your strengths and areas for growth in the present moment. With this insight, we can work together to improve areas of challenge while leveraging your strengths to shape a more fulfilling life. In addition, we’ll focus on learning effective coping strategies to navigate life’s difficulties, enabling you to make the most of each experience and move toward a more satisfying and meaningful life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When working with me, we will begin by gathering information to fully understand your perspective and life experiences. This process helps me appreciate where you're coming from and what you want to achieve. From there, I will guide you in building skills and learning how to apply them to overcome the obstacles that may be hindering your progress toward your goals. Together, we'll identify the barriers that are holding you back and explore practical strategies to address them. As a solution-focused therapist, my aim is to equip you with the tools and skills you need so that, eventually, you can thrive independently and feel confident in managing your own life.
