Chaise Madden, LCSW

Chaise Madden, LCSW

Psychotherapist
CA
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience helping people of all ages and backgrounds navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and substance use. My practice offers a warm, judgment-free space where we can build insight, develop practical tools, and create meaningful change together. My approach is collaborative and nonjudgmental. I meet clients where they are, creating a safe space to feel heard and understood. Together, we explore challenges, build on strengths, develop practical coping skills, and work toward meaningful, lasting change. My journey to becoming a therapist has been shaped by a passion for helping others navigate life’s challenges. With a Master of Social Work from USC and 10 years of clinical experience, I’ve had the opportunity to support clients across diverse settings and stages of life. I help clients identify meaningful goals that reflect their needs, values, and priorities. Together, we break larger goals into realistic steps, identify barriers, build practical coping skills, and regularly assess progress. I encourage clients to recognize their strengths and celebrate growth along the way. Your first session is a chance to feel comfortable, share what brings you to therapy, and get to know one another. We’ll discuss your goals, strengths, and current challenges while beginning to identify areas for growth. My goal is for you to feel heard, supported, and understood.
