What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I specialize in First Responder Counseling, mood disorders, addictions, grief/loss, life transitions and self-harm and/or suicide.
