I have over 20 years of experience and have practiced as a licensed professional counselor for more than 15 years. My work has primarily involved working with men and women of color. I specialize in areas such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions. I also offer SonderMind Video Telehealth for those who prefer virtual sessions. At the request of my clients, I will incorporate Christian principles in sessions. I offer a safe and nonjudgmental environment where you are able to openly explore your issues and concerns, and together, we identify the necessary steps to move forward.
