What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with clients who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, divorce, grief and attachment. I have a background in child-welfare/foster-care and work with children who may have been adopted or in foster-care. Our session will include a variety of techniques that will include collaboration with you to create the most sustainable plan to help you make the desired progress.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I am a certified Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist for children. I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my practice. I am also a certified in Trauma Focused Therapy. In your first session, we explore the matters that brought you to therapy and collaborate with you to explore how to help you make progress and begin the healing. I am train and certified in grief. I also use Dialectal Behavioral Therapy.
