In practice, I aim to create a safe place for clients to work through life's challenges by emphasizing the provider-client relationship and the growth it helps facilitate. My approach also focuses on utilizing self-efficacy and empowerment to assist clients in making positive changes in their lives. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Family Studies with an emphasis in Human Development from Brigham Young University. I then obtained my Master's degree in Social Work from Boise State University. I have experience working with those dealing with anxiety, depression, domestic violence, sexual trauma, severe mental illness, and other issues. After scheduling your appointment, you will receive an email from Stella Mental Health (formerly Numinus) containing your intake paperwork. Please allow about 30 minutes to complete this form. Your responses will help your provider prepare for your upcoming appointment. All patients are required to complete the intake form 24 business hours before their appointment. You will receive a phone call from one of our dedicated Care Advocates, who can answer any questions you may have. Please be prepared to provide a credit card to keep on file for co-pays or cancellation fees. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full intake appointment fee ($292). During your intake appointment, you’ll spend 60 minutes with your provider collaborating on a treatment plan tailored to your needs. If in-person treatments are recommended—such as TMS, Spravato, DSR SGB, or ketamine therapy—our care team will guide you through the process and ensure you feel supported every step of the way.
