As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over ten years of experience, I am dedicated to helping you and your loved ones navigate life's challenges and achieve your highest potential.
I am of Nigerian and Jamaican descent, originally from Miami, FL, and now residing in Atlanta, GA. I earned my Bachelor of Social Work degree from Florida A&M University and my Master of Social Work degree from Barry University. Throughout my career, I have taken on various roles, from case manager for children and families to director of a psychiatric hospital. My experience spans working with adolescents, adults, and families, and I have a particular passion for supporting underserved youth and the LGBTQ+ community.
My therapeutic approach is strength-based and trauma-focused, aiming to empower you to make positive changes in your life. I specialize in adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health, anger management, anxiety, children's mental/behavioral health, depression, family relationships, grief/bereavement, intimate/romantic relationships, LGBTQIA+ support, life transitions, spirituality, stress, and trauma. Whether you are dealing with substance abuse, seeking support for a life transition, or needing guidance in your relationships, I am here to help.
