I am Chantelle Walker, founder and clinical director of the C.T.C. I am so glad you are taking the first steps toward healing. My philosophy when working with my clients is to meet you where you are and be my authentic self. The therapeutic journey is a fantastic experience to be a part of, and I do not take it for granted. We will laugh together, work through many emotions, and may even cry at times. No matter what, you are not alone. This is your space to self-care for an hour and be in the moment. So, why not take this time for YOU? My background in the mental health field began in 2012 and has been both a humbling and challenging experience. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Troy University and a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. I am currently working on my doctorate in psychology at Walden University. In addition, I teach human services in the department of social sciences at the collegiate level. Therapy is my passion, and I love what I do and the people I meet. I work with adults ages 18 and older who are working through anxiety, depression, life transitions, coping, ADHD, and relationship challenges. I also provide career coaching to adults wanting to gather new skills related to seeking employment or those wanting a career change. Now is the time to invest in yourself, and I hope I get to be a part of the journey!
