What should a new client know about working with you?

My goal is to create a trusting and empathetic relationship where you feel safe and comfortable being yourself. I cultivate a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental atmosphere, empowering clients to engage fully in their healing and/or growth process. Therapy is a collaboration, and I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs so we can work together to foster growth, resilience, and lasting change at a pace that feels comfortable to you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Your first therapy session is all about getting to know each other and beginning to build a comfortable, trusting relationship. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you hope to gain, and any concerns or questions you may have. I’ll ask some background questions to better understand your experiences, strengths, and goals, but there’s no pressure to share anything you’re not ready to. My goal is to create a warm and welcoming space where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable being yourself. This initial session helps us start to shape a plan that’s tailored to your needs, and sets the foundation for meaningful, collaborative work going forward.
