Hi there, I'm Chari. I'm glad you made it here! Taking the first step to look into finding a therapist is a huge achievement in itself. Finding a clinician to help you on your journey to feeling well again can be nerve-wracking, and I'm here for it. I have a straightforward approach when first meeting someone because I believe it's very important to get to know you from the first session to see if this will be a good fit. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University. My main focuses are on the treatment of Depression, Anxiety, Addiction, ADHD, Grief, and guiding parents who are navigating a diagnosis for their children. I work with people to teach them strategies to empower themselves and make lasting changes.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Our first session is focused on building trust, understanding, and a judgment-free space to process what you need to. I like to build a plan together so you can feel supported and empowered during the times you are doing the work for yourself! I want to help you build confidence in the tools we develop so you can thrive in your life.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
