I believe that no one is broken or defective; instead, life’s complexities—such as trauma, anxiety, or relationship issues—can often hide our truest selves. As a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate and the founder of Revivist Counseling, I specialize in helping adults and couples reclaim their stories and revive their spirits. My practice is deeply rooted in a person centered approach which means I don’t aim to "fix" you, but rather to help you find meaning, connection, and joy. Whether you are navigating anxiety, burnout, childhood or relational trauma, or seeking to strengthen your relationships, I provide a safe, compassionate space where your authentic self can finally find its voice.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I am passionate about moving beyond traditional "talk therapy" to address how the body holds onto stress and trauma. My clients are often dedicated, capable people who feel like they are falling short because they’ve been trying to fit into a world that wasn't built for them. I offer a space where you can stop trying to force yourself into a box and start honoring your strengths. My practice is inclusive and welcoming to those exploring their identity, healing from spiritual trauma, or seeking an environment that truly celebrates neurodivergent perspectives.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our journey begins with an initial consultation to ensure we are a good fit and to identify your specific goals. From there, I utilize an integrated, evidence-based approach tailored to your nervous system and lifestyle. For trauma work, I often use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help your system learn that past threats are over. For individuals, I incorporate Parts Work to help integrate conflicting aspects of the self. For couples, I utilize the Gottman Method to build trust and transform conflict into a "safe harbor" of connection. Throughout the process, we focus on aligning your external life with your inner truth, moving you from a state of feeling "stuck" to one of meaningful transformation.
