I hold a Master's degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from Midwestern State University. My approach I focus on solution-based and empirically supported treatments such as EMDR, CBT, and EFT to provide relief from presenting problems and equip clients with tools to live healthier lives today and moving forward. My focus I specialize in couples and marriage counseling, using Emotionally Focused Therapy to foster teamwork and improve communication skills, along with sex therapy to address sexual issues within relationships.
