Pretending to have it all together—hiding trauma, depression, anxiety, bad memories, and anger? Do you feel trapped, alone, misunderstood, and lost on your journey? I am here to help you break down those barriers and walls. Let’s help you feel safe, heard, and secure. Knock down those walls you created to protect yourself. Allow me to walk with you as we start building confidence, self-compassion, and self-love. Don’t hide your feelings so others think you have it all together. I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of the Cumberlands and a Bachelor’s degree from Southern New Hampshire University. Together, we can work toward healing and growth in a supportive, understanding space.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Using evidence-based practices, we will find the best tools and treatment to help you reach your individual goals. Together, we will identify negative beliefs that have kept you stuck in fight flight or freeze responses. Replacing them with positive adaptive beliefs to help you heal the past, reclaim the present, and look forward to the future. One of the bravest things you can do is begin to understand your own story. Making the decision to come to therapy is scary, I promise I won't bite, but I am a loud Bostonian haha!
