As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am passionate about supporting individuals towards mental well being. My focus is on working with teens, adults, seniors & couples who are navigating the challenges of anxiety, depression & a loss of a loved one (divorce/death). I believe in creating a safe & empathetic space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings and experiences, fostering a collaborative and trusting therapeutic relationship. I have the most success with clients who are willing to be honest about themselves and their relationships & who will commit to attending regular sessions to identify & work towards goals.
