I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker, Certified Health and Mindset Coach, and dedicated helping professional with experience supporting individuals and families across the lifespan. I’ve worked with young children, adolescents, adults, older adults, individuals with special needs, and those navigating mental health challenges and dual diagnoses.

Drawing from my background in social work, coaching, early intervention, behavioral support, and family-centered care, I partner with clients to help them feel seen, supported, and empowered. What is your typical process for working with clients?

When you are ready to get started, schedule an initial assessment visit (intake) through Zocdoc. After you book an appointment, a care coordinator will reach out to review your method of payment and/or insurance number and answer any initial questions you may have before our first visit.
