I am an LICSW with over 25 years of experience supporting individuals through a wide range of challenges. My approach is holistic and collaborative—I help clients examine the coping skills they’ve developed over time, identify what’s no longer serving them, and build new strategies that support healthier, more adaptive ways of thinking and living. I work with young adults and adults navigating family or relationship concerns, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, and life transitions. I also have extensive experience working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community and strive to create a welcoming, affirming, and safe space for all. Outside of my clinical work, I love spending time outdoors—camping, hiking, and enjoying nature with my family and my dog.
