I am a Christian therapist who feels that every adult person's spiritual beliefs are a strong factor for emotional healing. I am convinced that a life of hope, faith, and peace of mind awaits you. I want to help guide you to develop a clean pattern of life, a clean conscience, and self-confidence, which will remove the shadow of fear and guilt that seems to be hanging over you. I received my MA in Mental Health Counseling from the University of South Florida. I have six years' experience. I did counseling at a housing center, with individuals experiencing interpersonal conflicts with members of their family. I also did counseling with the adult through Geriatrics population at a Community Mental Health Center. As an adult, do you continually relive past memories of childhood traumatic experiences? As a result, you find your life a struggle, filled with feelings of depression, anger, and anxiety, instead of joy and fulfillment? Have you found yourself falling into repetitive, negative behavioral patterns, in an effort to quiet your thoughts and cope with the resulting feelings you have developed. Do you find that you have a conscience that is overwhelmed with a guilt from the past and a fear of the future? I have a special interest in treating clients, who struggle with the effects of early childhood, complex-traumatic life experiences. These experiences can keep you stuck, in dysfunctional problem solving patterns. I am continually in the process of learning the latest skills, to help my clients, especially male clients, so they can acquire the skills to function in their lives more successfully. This is accomplished by using tools, such as curiosity, your own natural strengths and abilities, and by learning how to develop increased awareness of your thoughts and the world around you.
