Hi there! My name is Charles Graff, and I'm an LCSW here in New Jersey. I received my Master's in Social Work from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, and have been working in the mental health field for almost a decade. My only goal as a therapist is to help you through the difficult time you would like some help with, and to make you feel as comfortable, relaxed, and as in control of your future as I can.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I have a solution-focused approach. You are the expert on your own life and your own challenges. I help you to realize the control you have over your own life, and how to get from your current struggles now to a happier and brighter future. To quote my favorite film, "The night is darkest just before the dawn. And I promise you, the dawn is coming". *** Unfortunately, at this time I do not accept any Medicaid plans. That includes any insurance cards that say NJ FamilyCare, Aetna Better Health or Horizon NJ Health. ***

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I am here because I care and I am here to listen and to make you feel heard. I will ask a lot of questions because I want to understand everything that is going on. This is a place where you can fully be yourself without any kind of judgment. I always give a "homework" after each session, whether it is a task to complete throughout the week or practicing a healthy coping mechanism you learned that day. Together, we are going to change how you think and handle challenges, for the better.
