Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or navigating life transitions with uncertainty? I work best with adults who are motivated to reflect on their inner world, willing to practice new coping strategies, and able to engage consistently. Please note: many TAVA/EAP clients initially have access to only three sessions, so this work is most effective when approached with focus and commitment. I am in the process of becoming credentialed with all TAVA insurance plans, and for clients who wish to continue after the initial EAP sessions, there is often a pathway to transition to their own insurance coverage for ongoing therapy. I provide a warm, collaborative, trauma-informed space for adults to explore stress, grief, and life transitions. My approach integrates EMDR, parts work, mindfulness, and somatic awareness. Sessions are paced thoughtfully to support your nervous system and sustainable growth, rather than urgent problem-solving or last-minute fixes. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) offering telehealth therapy in California and Hawaii. Outside of work, I enjoy gardening, cooking, exercise, and organizing — simple practices that support balance and reflection. Growth happens through curiosity, patience, and steady support, and I look forward to walking alongside you in that process.
