If you are struggling with mental health problems, it can be one of the most crippling and difficult experiences you have ever faced. Anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem issues, and dysfunction in family or relationships are all serious challenges that can affect not just your wellbeing but every aspect of your life. There are solutions to these problems, and healing is possible. Therapy can provide relief from the weight of your own thoughts and feelings that may cause you to lose sleep, avoid activities you enjoy, struggle to build relationships, and feel uncomfortable in your own skin. I provide custom-tailored treatment to your specific goals and needs across many areas of mental health. I utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy, EMDR, and DBT, coupled with a person-centered approach to listen and understand your problems and goals. Together, we collaborate on coping skills and tools to help you move forward. I work with adults, older adults, couples, and adolescents, and I provide a safe space for the LGBTQ+ community. I have worked with many populations, including teens, adults, seniors, and LGBTQ+ individuals. I have 10 years of experience working in Prescott, Arizona, treating trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University. I am trained in EMDR through an EMDRIA-approved agency and am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.
