Getting to know Charles Rod Lind

Hello! I’m pleased you are checking out some profiles, and I honor your courage to reach out. My professional life covers a broad range of counseling experiences, including 2½ years in a chemical dependency setting working with parolees and probationers, co-facilitating a sex-offenders group, 11 years serving students in a counseling center at a major university providing mental health and career counseling, and three years serving members of the military service and their family members—all while also serving a variety of clients in a private practice setting. I have been offering tele-mental health (only) counseling for the past 5 years. I hold a Master’s in Counseling from Webster University. You will find me to be personable, attentive, and compassionate. I also believe that light-heartedness is critical not only to healing but in everyday life. My responsibility is to provide you with an emotionally safe and non-judgmental setting, along with the encouragement and guidance to utilize the solutions I provide for you to heal.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
