I work with clients who are struggling with a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression , relationship problems, struggles with personal identity and work/education stress. I work well with both women and men and love to see clients reach their goals and full potential. I have experience working with various therapy styles, including cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic and schema therapies. I believe that taking an eclectic and client centered approach is crucial to the healing process. Please feel free to reach out if this seems like a good fit. What should a new client know about working with you?

I work well with adult clients, male, female or gender non-conforming. I have experience working with LGBTQ+ clients, as well as clients from various racial and cultural background. I always bring a sense of cultural understanding, openness and willingness to learn in client relationships and believe that the therapeutic process should be highly collaborative.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I like to start with establishing background information and treatment goals and objectives. I believe creating a collaborative treatment plan is essential to this work. I like to let the client guide the therapeutic process as much as they feel comfortably doing so, and believe that the client is in the driver's seat of their own lives.
