Sometimes we reach a point in our lives when we become aware that we are not moving forward or reaching our full potential. We may begin to feel that we are stuck in unhealthy patterns and ways of thinking that are no longer helpful to us. With a Master's in Clinical Social Work from San Francisco State University, I am dedicated to helping individuals recognize these moments and work through them toward healthier, more fulfilling lives.
What should a new client know about working with you?
For over three decades I have been supporting individuals through challenging transitions in their lives.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
Our sessions will be person-centered and self-directed based on your own goals and at your own pace. We will explore a combination of Psychodynamic and Cognitive approaches. Together we will create a safe space for unearthing your inner strength, endurance, and resilience and discover a path toward a healthier way of relating to yourself and to others.
Like the evergreen tree you will find you are strong enough to not only survive but to thrive despite the harshest of weather.
