My journey in mental health has allowed me to support individuals dealing with mood disorders, suicidal thoughts, anxiety, ADHD, autism, adjusting to family life, coping with grief, dealing with trauma, challenging behavior, substance abuse, exploring gender identity, and adjusting to new situations.
