What should a new client know about working with you?

To support healing and promote personal growth, I utilize a variety of evidence-based modalities tailored to each client's needs. These include trauma-informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), among others. However, I meet people where they are, and I allow them to tell me what type of healing they want. And if they don’t know, we explore the options together until we find what fits best. I encourage clients to bring their whole selves to our sessions together. You love anime, reading, manga, video games, drawing, spirituality, dancing, singing, whatever it is, bring it. These are used on the healing journey to create a one-of-a-kind healing experience. By using an eclectic approach, each person has a unique healing journey that is crafted just for them. I aim to guide clients through their healing journey with compassion, understanding, and practical strategies for lasting change. I believe that individuals who have experienced hurt may unintentionally perpetuate cycles of pain, while those who have healed possess the power to nurture healing in others. Guided by this philosophy, my goal is to help you access the healing available to you and provide compassionate support as you navigate your unique challenges. Together, we will work to rediscover your true self and foster positive change.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My practice is dedicated to supporting individuals with a broad spectrum of mental wellness needs. The foundation of my approach is building rapport in collaborative, client-paced sessions. These sessions take place in a non-judgmental environment, allowing clients to feel secure and empowered. Working together, we create a space that encourages healing and personal growth. Many clients begin to see significant progress by their second month of treatment.
