I use a variety of approaches tailored to your needs, including mindfulness practices, strengths-based strategies, solution-focused techniques, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and trauma-informed care. Together, we will explore challenges and create meaningful steps for healing, self-discovery, and personal growth. My focus I enjoy working with teens and adults from all backgrounds who want help navigating anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem challenges, relationship struggles, and life transitions. I offer a nonjudgmental, open-minded space, and will meet you where you are in your journey. My communication style My communication style is laid-back, patient, and attentive. Sometimes I use humor if appropriate to make my clients feel at ease. I encourage you to speak freely and honestly. We’ll work together in a way that feels comfortable and effective for you. My journey to mental healthcare I’ve always had a genuine desire to help others. My personal and professional experiences sparked my interest in human behavior, resilience, and how life experiences shape us. I have worked with adults, families, teens, survivors of domestic violence, adoption, hospice, and chronic medical conditions. I approach therapy with empathy and enjoy walking alongside clients through difficult times while also celebrating their growth and successes.
