What should a new client know about working with you?

**Treats clients aged 5-25** I am comfortable providing the most common treatment modalities: individual therapy, couple’s therapy, and family therapy. My objective is to facilitate healing and to help strengthen the family unit through a collaborative effort to define and reach treatment goals. I work primarily with complex trauma, mood disorders, oppositional defiance, ADHD/ADD, depression, anxiety, addictions, family issues, self-love, and adjustment disorders. I support collaborative problem solving, in which parents and children work together. My treatment approach also includes cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused approach, mindfulness, and person-centered.
